Shipping Policy – Westworn

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Orders placed after working hours, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.


Delivery Options

We offer the following shipping option:

Next Working Day Delivery

  • Next working day delivery is available at checkout

  • Orders must be placed before our daily cut-off time to qualify (cut-off time will be shown at checkout if applicable)

  • “Next working day” refers to Monday to Friday only (excluding bank holidays)

Please note that while we aim to dispatch promptly, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays outside of our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will vary depending on the delivery option selected.


Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.


Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been dispatched, it is the responsibility of the courier to deliver within the estimated timeframe. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier.

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Missed Deliveries

If a delivery is missed, it is the customer’s responsibility to rearrange delivery or collect the parcel from the courier or designated collection point.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in investigating with the courier.
