Condition & Returns
Item Condition
Each piece is pre-loved and meticulously inspected prior to listing. We provide detailed descriptions, imagery, and packaging documentation to present every item as accurately and transparently as possible.
Due to the nature of second-hand and vintage clothing, gentle signs of wear may be present and form part of the item’s character. Any notable imperfections are clearly disclosed.
Imagery & Representation
Select images may be styled or AI-generated for inspiration and to demonstrate how a piece can be worn. While these visuals are carefully created, they may not always reflect the item with complete accuracy.
For clarity, we always provide true-to-life imagery of the exact item within each listing, either on our models or as flat lays. We kindly ask that customers review these images carefully, as they form the most accurate representation of the piece.
If you require any additional images or further detail, we are always happy to assist prior to purchase. As a small, family-run business experiencing high demand, responses may take up to 72 hours—we sincerely appreciate your patience.
Please note that lighting, editing, and individual screen settings may result in slight variations in colour.
Fit & Sizing Guidance
Our pieces are styled on in-house models who are true to size with realistic body proportions. Where possible, we provide guidance on how an item may translate across sizes; however, this remains indicative only and cannot be guaranteed.
Model heights listed do not include heel height. Bust appearance may vary depending on undergarments worn, which can naturally enhance or soften shape.
We strongly recommend reviewing all listed measurements. If these are not provided, you are welcome to request them prior to purchase.
Cleaning & Preparation
All items are professionally cleaned using a non-bio formula, then air-dried and carefully steamed to ensure the best presentation.
Vintage and designer pieces are always dry-cleaned. If a return is accepted and the item shows signs of wear beyond trying on, we reserve the right to deduct reasonable re-cleaning or dry-cleaning costs from the refund.
Each item is finished with our signature scent to ensure freshness and to help us identify any changes in condition upon return.
Security Tag Policy
Each item is fitted with a security return tag as part of our quality control process.
We kindly ask that this tag remains attached when trying on items. Removal of the tag indicates acceptance of the item and handling beyond what is necessary for inspection, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Items returned without the security tag attached, or showing signs of wear beyond reasonable inspection, may be refused or subject to a reduction in refund to reflect any loss in value.
Pricing Across Platforms
You may see some of our items listed across multiple platforms (such as resale marketplaces) at different price points. This reflects varying platform fees, marketing costs, operational expenses, and service charges required to run a small independent business.
Stock Availability
Due to selling across multiple platforms, there may occasionally be rare instances where an item has already sold elsewhere. In such cases, an order may need to be cancelled and fully refunded. While we take every step to prevent this, we appreciate your understanding in the event of any unforeseen administrative overlap.
Packaging & Delivery
We take great care in packaging all items to ensure they arrive safely. Each piece is securely sealed in protective clear packaging with freshness elements, and then placed within a mailing bag for transit.
Where necessary, we will include additional protective wrapping based on the item type and value.
For higher-value items, enhanced or specific tracked delivery services may be required. Promotional delivery offers (such as reduced-rate shipping) may not apply to these items due to insurance and security requirements.
Returns Window
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return in accordance with UK consumer regulations.
This includes your right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.
Return Costs
Unless an item is faulty or not as described, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Conditions
Returns must be sent back in the same condition as received. Where items show signs of wear beyond reasonable inspection—such as perfume, smoke, stains, stretching, washing, pet hair, or makeup marks—we may refuse the return or apply a deduction in line with reduced value.
We may reduce refunds to reflect any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item and confirming its condition.
Hygiene-Sensitive Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items (including swimwear, bodysuits, and earrings) may not be eligible for return unless faulty or not as described.
Returns in Transit
We recommend selecting a tracked and insured delivery service when returning items. We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit without appropriate tracking.
Valid Reasons for Return
Returns are accepted where an item is not as described, damaged, or incorrect.
We are unable to accept returns based on personal preference, fit expectations, or change of mind outside of your statutory cancellation rights.
As part of our quality assurance process, all items are thoroughly photographed and documented in-house prior to dispatch. During packing, our team is required to present each item clearly on camera, ensuring full visibility of condition and accuracy before sealing.
We also record the packaging process to verify each order. This documentation is securely stored and used to review any queries or claims. Where appropriate, we may provide relevant screenshots from this footage to support our findings. Full video recordings are not routinely shared, as they form part of our internal operational processes and may include third-party data.
We will always review all available evidence fairly when assessing any return or concern.
Made-to-Order & Sourced Items
Some items may be sourced from external suppliers or produced specifically upon request. Where an item is confirmed as made-to-order, this will be clearly stated within the product description.
For genuine made-to-order items, cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 may not apply once processing has begun.
Where items are not made-to-order, your standard return rights remain in place.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges.
Gift Vouchers & Store Credit
Gift vouchers and store credit must be used within 3 months of issue due to the nature of our small, independent business operations.
Authenticity
Designer items are authenticated to the best of our knowledge and experience. Should any concerns arise, we will always work with you to resolve them appropriately.
Sustainability Commitment
As part of our commitment to reducing fashion waste, we encourage considered purchasing. Returns contribute to additional transport, packaging, and environmental impact, and we kindly ask that all details are reviewed prior to purchase.
Additional Notes
We recommend trying items on with care. Items should not be worn for extended periods prior to return.
Original packaging, where applicable, should be included.
Vintage items may display age-related characteristics that enhance their uniqueness and are not considered faults.

Your statutory rights are not affected, and we will always work with you to resolve any genuine concerns.
